Our UK-based client company is looking for an experienced Taxi Dispatcher / Controller to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing airport transfers in London, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience using INSOFTDEV dispatch software.
Note: Experience with local taxi companies will not be considered. Only candidates with airport transfer dispatch experience will be preferred.
Required Skills & Experience
·Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a Taxi Dispatcher / Controller, with a strong focus on Airport transfers in London.
·Excellent knowledge of London postcodes, airports, and surrounding areas.
·A minimum of 1 year’s hands-on experience using INSOFTDEV software is mandatory.
·Strong spoken and written English.
·Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
·Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and perform well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
·Dispatch and assign bookings using INSOFTDEV software
·Monitor drivers and ongoing trips in real time
·Coordinate with drivers regarding bookings, schedule changes, and operational updates.
·Handle incoming customer calls, booking enquiries, and reservation requests.
·Resolve operational issues and provide support to drivers throughout their shifts.
·Work closely with the Operations Team to maintain high service standards.
Preferred Qualifications
·Previous experience within the UK private hire or taxi industry, particularly Airport transfers in London.
·Good understanding of GPS tracking and route management.
·Ability to manage a high volume of bookings while maintaining excellent customer service.

Job Timing: 3 Rotating Shifts (Morning: 5am to 1pm Day: 1pm to 9pm Night: 9pm to 5pm)
Working Days: Monday-Sunday
Off Days: 4 Off Days in a Month
