Once you sign the formal contract, you’ll need to deposit the mutually decided payment (which includes a 10% to 20% refundable security deposit and advance processing fee). After completing these formalities, our team will begin working on your project.

*Terms & Conditions Apply: The advance processing fee  is non-refundable but will be adjusted in the invoices of successful joining (Rs.2k-5k per invoice).Security charges are refundable within 30 days, (After cleanness of all dues).If any amount is payable by the employer, the service provider may deduct it from the advance security charges. After 30 days from the completion of the project, if no request for the security deposit refund is received, the deposit will no longer be refundable. Freelance Recruitment Services

In this service, we will assign a dedicated recruiter to the employer. The assigned recruiter will manage the entire recruitment cycle, including Job description (JD) design, Job advertisement creation, and posting, CV collection, and shortlisting, Candidate profile sharing, Interview scheduling and conducting interviews, Extending job offers and negotiating terms, Onboarding new hires, Headhunting, Employer branding. Advising on policy matters

Requirements:

  1. A service-level agreement (SLA) will be signed with the employer
  2. One Month Advance Payment as a security deposit
