Job Responsibilities
- Updating job descriptions and managing recruitment programs.
- Overseeing compensation plans and pay structure revisions.
- Training managers on employee coaching and discipline.
- Resolving grievances and ensuring effective employee relations.
- Planning and evaluating HR policies, programs, and practices.
- Updating and enforcing HR policies and procedures.
- Assigning tasks and ensuring operational requirements are met.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Fresh-1 Years of experience
- Experience in Labor Relations and Employee Relations
Location: Plaza 142 Wallayat Complex Head office Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi
Job Type: Full-time (Onsite)
Salary: Rs.45,000 to 50,000/=
Other Benefits: Performance bonuses, Incentives, etc.
