Job Title: Business Development Manager.

Touchstone Communication (ISB OFFICE) is currently hiring for BDM.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients through various channels (cold calling, email outreach, networking, social media, industry events).
2) Client Acquisition: Develop and pitch customized solutions to meet client needs and win new business.
Sales Strategy & Planning: Create and execute business development strategies, goals, and action plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
3) Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
4) Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to identify new business opportunities.
Proposal Development: Work closely with internal teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts for prospective clients.

Experience:
Minimum of 4-6 years in business development, sales, or client management within the call center, outsourcing, or related services industry
