Position: Manager IT & Networks
Location: Islamabad Campus, H11/4, Islamabad
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee and manage the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.
– Lead and mentor the IT support teams, providing guidance and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
– Implement and maintain technology solutions to meet organizational goals and enhance system efficiencies.
– Ensure data integrity and security through proper backup procedures, disaster recovery planning, and network security protocols.
– Manage network infrastructure, including servers, routers, firewalls, and switches.
– Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and best practices across all systems.
– Identify areas for improvement in IT systems and recommend innovative solutions to enhance performance.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT strategies with business objectives.
– Stay updated with emerging trends in IT and integrate relevant technologies to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.
– Oversee all help desk activities and ensure timely resolution. Build and maintain vendor relationships. Manage purchase and maintenance of software, hardware, and other IT supplies at the university level.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Honors/Master’s Degree in IT or Computing
Deployment experience in Networks & Systems infrastructure,
Exposure of the latest technologies towards Digitalization
4 to 6 years of relevant work experience.
