Key Responsibilities:
● Manage CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
● Oversee projects, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
● Handle emails, calls, and confidential correspondence.
● Coordinate meetings, take notes, and track action items.
● Plan travel & events (domestic and international).
● Provide personal assistance and manage business operations.
● Assist with special projects across multiple industries.
● Manage and oversee media presence including social media platforms, ensuring a consistent brand message.
● Create, schedule, and monitor content across social media platforms, supporting the CEO’s personal and business brand.
● Monitor media coverage and provide updates to the CEO on relevant news, trends, and opportunities.
Qualifications:
● 3-5 years of experience in executive or managerial support roles.
● Experience with social media management and content creation.
● Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
● Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
● Experience with media management and public relations is a plus.
