Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Processes:
Ø Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Ø Coordinate with managers to understand job requirements and ensure timely hiring.
Ø Maintain a talent pool and update the candidate database regularly.
Documentation Handling:
Ø Ensure accuracy and completeness of all HR documentation.
Follow-Up:
Ø Maintain strong follow-up mechanisms to ensure completion of recruitment and HR-related tasks.
Ø Coordinate with departments to track the progress of tasks and deadlines.
Employee Personal File Maintenance:
Ø Organize and maintain employee records in both soft and hard formats.
Ø Regularly update employee files with relevant information, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 1-3 years in an HR role, preferably in a telecom or service-based industry.
Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR documentation.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent follow-up and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Familiarity with HR software and databases is a plus.
